Welcome to Reflexology Revival. I’m Pamela, and I created this space with a heartfelt intention—to offer more than just a service, but a sanctuary. A place rooted in morals, ethics, and integrity. A space where sincerity, empathy, and compassion are not just words, but lived experiences.

My journey in healing arts began in 1998 when I graduated from Capri College in Massage Therapy and earned my Board Certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Over the years, I have continued to grow and expand my work, becoming a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, a Reiki Master (Usui/Holy Fire® III), a Reiki Crystal Healing Practitioner, a Certified Holistic Reflexologist and End of Life Doula. But my true education has come from life itself—through grief, love, trauma, healing, personal growth, and transformation. Reflexology Revival is a reflection of that journey. It is a space I created with intention: a peaceful, tranquil environment where you are invited to pause, breathe, and begin again.

I’ve had the honor of working at two of Southern California’s most prestigious and respected wellness destinations:

• Over a decade at the world-renowned Golden Door Spa – San Marcos, CA
• Beauty Kliniek Aromatherapy Day Spa - An award-winning sanctuary in San Diego, CA

These experiences were more than just career milestones — they were foundational to my philosophy of care. I learned what it means to offer service with integrity and to approach each session not as a routine, but as a sacred opportunity to support healing. The standards I hold today were shaped by those years: Excellence in touch. Compassion in presence. Reverence for the journey.

My Mission

My mission is to provide a compassionate, safe, and nurturing environment where women can experience true rest, renewal, and reconnection. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, grief, or simply need a moment of calm in the chaos—this space is for you.

Each appointment is customized using a blend of holistic modalities including:

• Holistic Reflexology: A gentle, non-invasive practice working through reflex points on the face, ears, hands, and feet to calm the mind, relax the body, and renew the spirit.
• Reiki Energy Work: Supporting the body’s natural healing processes, Reiki promotes balance, clarity, and deep peace.
• Aromatherapy: Thoughtfully chosen essential oils are used to support emotional well-being and reduce stress.
• Emotion Code: Helping to release trapped emotional energy and support inner harmony.
• Crystal Healing: Harnessing the natural properties of crystals promotes deep relaxation, helping to reduce stress and anxiety while supporting overall physical and mental well-being.

Every session is designed with care and intention—to help you feel seen, heard, supported, and deeply valued.

As a woman, I understand how demanding and emotionally complex life can be. My work is a personal offering—one woman to another—to support your self-care, inspire healing, and encourage wellness in every season of your life.

I believe stress is like a tourniquet on the body—restricting our flow and vitality. When we intentionally pause, we invite healing. You deserve that pause. You deserve to be nurtured. You deserve to be well.

A Little More About Me

Outside the healing space, I’m a sun worshipper, star gazer, ocean lover, peace seeker, life student, and nature nut. I live with my ever supportive husband Ron and our two fur babies, Kona (our Mini Poodle) and Shiloh (our Golden-Doodle). I’m a big fan of staying in my own lane, riding my own wave, and keeping my eyes on my own journey. Life is always teaching me something—and I’m always listening.
